Sourcing Specialist

Professional Key is hiring on behalf of our client, TalentHunt Consultants, for the role of Sourcing Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for various roles.
• Utilise multiple channels, including databases, social media, professional networks, and online platforms, to attract passive and active job seekers.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sourcing and recruitment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sourcing Specialist or similar role, with 1-5 years of experience in the recruitment industry.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and attract top talent using various sourcing techniques.
• Strong understanding of different job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
