Opportunity brief
About the Project Expo
INOVENTA – PROJECT-Q Project Expo 2026 is a project exhibition conducted as part of PROJECT-Q – Virtual Lab Ceremony, providing students, developers, innovators, researchers, and technology enthusiasts with a platform to present and demonstrate their projects, prototypes, and technology-driven solutions.
The expo is designed to encourage participants to present the problem addressed, solution developed, technical approach, functionality, and potential applications of their work in a structured exhibition environment.
Participants may showcase projects at different stages of development, ranging from concepts and proofs of concept to prototypes, working systems, and early-stage technology products. The event emphasizes originality, technical implementation, practical relevance, demonstration quality, and effective communication.
INOVENTA also provides an opportunity for participants to receive feedback, interact with peers and evaluators, and gain exposure to different approaches to technology development.
Theme
Build. Demonstrate. Inspire.
INOVENTA encourages participants to transform ideas and technical concepts into demonstrable projects that address relevant challenges and create practical value.

Projects may be at different stages of development, provided participants can clearly demonstrate and explain the work being presented.
Event Flow
1. Registration & Project Submission
Participants complete the registration process and provide the required information regarding their project, domain, development stage, and proposed demonstration.
2. Project Preparation
Teams prepare their project, demonstration setup, presentation materials, prototype, software, hardware, or other relevant exhibition components.
3. Project Demonstration
Participants present their projects to evaluators and explain the problem addressed, proposed solution, technical approach, functionality, and practical application.
4. Presentation & Interaction
Participants communicate the project's key features, development process, innovation, and future scope while responding to questions from evaluators and attendees.
5. Final Evaluation
Projects are assessed according to the defined evaluation criteria, considering both the quality of the project and the effectiveness of its demonstration and presentation.
Evaluation Criteria
Projects may be evaluated on the following criteria:
- Innovation & Originality
- Problem Relevance
- Technical Implementation
- Functionality & Demonstration
- Practical Applicability
