Oceaneering International, Inc is hiring for the role of Project Admin Apprentice!

Responsibilities of the Apprentice:

  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, asset, contact list, and other data.
  • Prepare utilization reports and presentations, and retrieve information when requested.
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events, and other similar activities.
  • Ordering, maintaining, and distributing office stationery items.
  • Coordinating with various departments like Facility, IT, etc. as and when needed
  • Managing inventory of computer hardware, printers, etc.
  • Ensuring operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
  • Maintaining the Engineering library, distribution, and recovery of books.
  • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
  • Track calendars, appointments of the management team, and help with meeting set-ups.
  • Arrange all facilities & equipment required for various events, meetings, training sessions, and maintain assets that are in custody of the Engineering team.
  • Assist Engineering team members in making travel arrangements as and when needed.
  • Prepare expense reports for senior management personnel.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Demonstrate a high level of initiative to accomplish individual objectives assigned as well as team goals.
  • Work towards individual goals aligned with department and organizational objectives.
  • Comply with organizational HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science / Commerce / PGDCA/ BCA.
  • 0-9 months of experience in a Project Admin role.
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc).
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel including formulas, special functions viz. Pivot table, pivot chart, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, etc.
