JAZZ Beats LLP is an emerging consumer electronics brand specializing in earbuds, neckbands, and audio accessories. We are focused on expanding our retail presence and building strong relationships with retailers and dealers.
About the Internship
We are looking for energetic, confident, and motivated Field Sales Interns to join our growing team.
As a Field Sales Intern, you will get hands-on exposure to field sales, retail sales, business development, retailer onboarding, product promotion, and relationship management.
Responsibilities of the Intern:
- Visit retail stores and dealers in assigned areas. - Identify and approach potential retailers and dealers. - Assist in onboarding new retailers and building business relationships. - Promote and demonstrate JAZZ Beats products such as earbuds and neckbands. - Generate sales leads and assist in order generation. - Maintain relationships with existing retailers. - Understand retailer requirements and provide appropriate support. - Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends. - Help expand the company's retail network. - Submit regular reports of market visits and sales activities. - Work towards achieving assigned sales targets.
Requirements:
- Freshers and college students are welcome to apply. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Confident and comfortable interacting with retailers and customers. - Energetic, proactive, and self-motivated. - Interest in sales and business development. - Comfortable with fieldwork and regular market visits. - Target-oriented and willing to take ownership. - Willingness to travel within Pune as required. - Prior sales experience is not mandatory.
Stipend & Benefits:
- Fixed Stipend: ₹10,000 / month - Petrol Allowance: ₹4,000 / month - Performance Incentives: ₹5,000–₹15,000+ / month - Fixed Monthly Payout: ₹14,000 / month - Potential Monthly Earnings: ₹19,000–₹29,000+ based on performance
Performance incentives are based on individual sales performance and may vary.
