Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation: Conduct outreach calls and emails to prospective corporate clients using both assigned lead databases and independent research to identify companies actively hiring for tech roles.
- Corporate Onboarding & Inside Sales: Conduct high-impact pitch calls to corporate HRs, Talent Acquisition Managers, and Engineering Leaders to showcase the value of hiring from Newton School and successfully onboard them as placement partners.
- Market Intelligence & Growth Strategy: Perform continuous market research on industry hiring trends, competitor analysis, and emerging sectors to build robust strategies for future business growth.
- Data Hygiene & Reporting: Maintain meticulous daily records of outreach activities, lead statuses, call logs, and follow-ups using Microsoft Excel and CRM tools to ensure data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- Experience (1-3 years): Prior experience in B2B sales, B2C sales, inside sales, cold calling, lead generation, or corporate recruitment (especially in EdTech or HR Tech) is a major plus.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication in English is non-negotiable.
- Data Proficiency: Strong command over Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, data filtering) for tracking leads, managing databases, and generating daily reports.
- Sales Acumen: A natural hustle mindset with the ability to handle cold outreach, navigate gatekeepers, and engage decision-makers.
- Preferred Traits: Persistence, resilience, self-starter, and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
