Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting technical and behavioral interviews for incoming candidates.
- Evaluate coding, problem-solving, technical, and mathematical capabilities against established criteria.
- Provide structured and actionable feedback to support admissions evaluation.
- Collaborate on creating advanced technical content for enrolled learners.
- Build analytics dashboards to evaluate admissions metrics and mid-funnel growth activities.
Requirements
- Relevant academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical disciplines.
- Working knowledge of SQL, Excel, Power BI, analytics, and fundamental mathematical concepts.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with an analytical mindset.
- Zero to one year of experience or relevant coursework in technical evaluation and data analysis.
