Responsibilities of the Executive:
- Connect with customers over phone calls in a voice-based, office environment
- Explain and promote various loan products
- Understand customer needs and guide them to the right financial solutions
- Build, develop, and sharpen your communication and persuasion skills
- Learn the fundamentals of real sales and business operations
- Progress through a structured leadership path: from Sales & Client Interaction to Team Building & HR, and finally to Business Management
Requirements:
- Freshers only (0 years of experience required)
- Good communication skills (English/Hindi; Telugu is a plus)
- Confident, energetic, and highly willing to learn
