Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Gather and analyze customer business requirements.
- Configure enterprise retail products based on customer needs.
- Translate business processes into product configurations.
- Perform gap analysis between legacy and target solutions.
- Create configurations.
- Use AI tools to analyze product capabilities, documentation, source code, and customer configurations.
- Build and maintain reusable configuration templates and knowledge assets.
- Support implementation, pilot deployments, and production rollouts.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Delivery teams.
- Identify opportunities for automation using AI.
- Validate solution completeness and ensure configuration quality.
- Support pre-sales with solution demonstrations and technical discovery.
