Opportunity brief

About the Company:

Navicon Infraprojects is building and scaling BauTech, a proprietary digital product in a fast-moving startup environment. We value ownership, curiosity, measurable execution, and people who can create meaningful impact regardless of their college, degree, or prior background.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, plan, launch, and manage social media campaigns that strengthen product awareness, engagement, and acquisition.
  • Develop content and campaign ideas aligned with BauTech's positioning, user needs, and growth goals.
  • Track campaign performance, identify patterns, and use data to improve reach, conversion, and funnel outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with the engineering team on marketing funnels, automation initiatives, and AI-agent development.
  • Contribute to other startup verticals and business functions whenever required or requested. This cross-functional contribution is an essential part of the role, not an occasional exception, and may involve supporting initiatives outside social media.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and take ownership of varied assignments in a lean startup environment.
  • Bring a structured, creative, and practical approach to problem-solving across growth and communication challenges.
  • Present learnings, experiments, and recommendations clearly to the wider team.

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on social media and campaign management skills, demonstrated through work, projects, portfolios, or measurable outcomes.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome; selection will be based primarily on capability, initiative, and the value they can create.
  • Comfort with campaign analytics, performance tracking, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to collaborate with engineering and product teams on funnels, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, sound judgment, and a growth-oriented mindset.
  • Openness to working across different startup responsibilities and learning quickly in ambiguous situations.
  • Candidates will complete an assessment before selection. The role begins with a two-month probation period, after which compensation will be determined within the ₹5–10 LPA range based on probation performance.
  • The position is remote initially, but candidates must be open to relocating to the Hyderabad or Noida office after approximately four to five months.

This is a full-time opportunity for someone who wants substantial ownership, rapid learning, and the potential for exponential growth by delivering real results.
