ENERGIX is a MATLAB and Simulink competition of Addovedi 2026 (NIT Arunachal Pradesh) testing circuit simulation and troubleshooting. Three rounds: a quiz, a simulation round and a debug-and-improve round, for 100 marks. Held on campus, 28-30 October 2026.
Guidelines
- Eligibility: college students, valid student ID required.
- Team size: 2 to 3 members.
- Inter-college / inter-specialization: allowed. Open to all branches.
- Rounds: 3. Quiz, Simulation, Debug and Improve.
- Duration: time limits announced before each round.
- Scoring: 100 marks (30 + 30 + 40). Final rank is the combined score. Ties go to the lowest time.
- Bring: a laptop with MATLAB and Simulink installed and tested (R2025a recommended).
- Registration: sign up on the Addovedi website, register for Energix to get your Team ID, then register on Unstop with the Team ID + the leader's Addovedi ID.
- Registration fee: Rs. 50 per member (each team member pays Rs. 50).
- Prize pool: Rs. 17,000+ (including goodies).
Rules
- No unauthorised materials or help, and no talking to other teams during the quiz.
- No copying or sharing solutions. Violations are prohibited.
- Make sure MATLAB and Simulink work before the event. All Round 2 parameters are in the problem statement.
- In Round 3, work only on the provided model and fix faults independently.
- Submit work in the format specified by organisers.
- Judges' decisions are final. Organisers may clarify rules.
