Campus Ambassador Internship

Are you a Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering student passionate about engineering, technology, innovation, infrastructure, manufacturing, design, problem-solving, and industry-oriented learning?

Join us as a Campus Ambassador and become the face of our organization within your college. As a Campus Ambassador, you will represent the organization on campus, connect with fellow Civil and Mechanical Engineering students, promote workshops and learning opportunities, and help build an active student community around engineering, technology, innovation, and career development.

This internship provides practical exposure to technical community building, student outreach, event promotion, networking, digital communication, engineering-focused campaigns, and campus engagement while helping you develop professional skills that complement your engineering education.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Represent the organization as the official Campus Ambassador within your college, university, or Civil/Mechanical Engineering department.
• Promote engineering-focused workshops, masterclasses, seminars, competitions, internships, technical events, project showcases, hackathons, and career-oriented programs.
• Conduct classroom presentations, awareness drives, student interactions, and promotional activities to increase participation.
• Build and manage an active community of Civil Engineering and Mechanical Engineering students.
• Create and promote engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram posts, reels, stories, LinkedIn content, event promotions, student testimonials, and short-form videos.
• Assist in developing engineering-related content, project highlights, student stories, event promotions, technical awareness posts, captions, and campaign ideas.
• Collaborate with faculty members, student clubs, technical societies, college authorities, placement teams, and student organizations to maximize campus outreach.
• Conduct basic student surveys, interactions, feedback collection, and research to understand the interests and requirements of engineering students.
• Support the organization in promoting events through digital communication, word-of-mouth marketing, social media campaigns, and campus networking.
• Encourage students to participate in programs related to civil infrastructure, construction, structural engineering, mechanical design, manufacturing, automation, CAD, robotics, automobiles, industrial technology, sustainability, and emerging engineering technologies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the organization and students by answering queries, sharing information, and collecting feedback.
• Assist with the promotion and execution of technical seminars, conferences, competitions, workshops, project showcases, networking sessions, and student engagement activities.
• Drive registrations, participation, and engagement for various programs and initiatives.
• Represent the organization professionally and maintain positive relationships with students, faculty, placement teams, technical clubs, and other campus stakeholders.

Skills Required for Civil & Mechanical Engineering Students

Eligibility

• Exclusively open to current Civil Engineering and Mechanical Engineering students.
• Students pursuing B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering are eligible.
• Passionate about engineering, technology, innovation, infrastructure, manufacturing, design, problem-solving, and career development.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, networking, and presentation skills.
• Active participation in college technical clubs, engineering societies, cultural activities, events, student organizations, or campus initiatives is preferred.
• Self-motivated, creative, responsible, and comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively.
• Willingness to take initiative and actively engage with students on campus.
