Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to increase community participation and user-generated content.
- Monitor community discussions, identify trends, and provide feedback to internal teams.
- Organize and manage online events, webinars, and Q&A sessions.
- Respond to community inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Create and curate engaging content for community channels, including posts, articles, and updates.
- Identify and engage with key community influencers and advocates.
- Analyze community metrics and provide regular reports on engagement and growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align community efforts with broader company goals.
- Assist in the development and execution of community-building initiatives.
