About the Role We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Writer & Community Building Intern who enjoys writing, engaging with online communities, and creating meaningful conversations. You will help grow our presence across platforms like Discord, Medium, Quora, Reddit, LinkedIn, and other community channels by creating valuable content and actively interacting with users. This role is ideal for someone who loves storytelling, understands internet culture, and wants hands-on experience in content marketing and community growth. Responsibilities Write engaging blogs, articles, guides, and educational content. Create and publish content on Medium and LinkedIn. Answer relevant questions on Quora and Reddit to build brand authority. Manage and engage communities on Discord and other community platforms. Start discussions, polls, AMAs, and interactive conversations to increase engagement. Research trending topics and convert them into high-quality content. Collaborate with the marketing and design teams for campaigns and product launches. Monitor community feedback and share insights with the team. Maintain a consistent brand voice across all content channels. Requirements Excellent written English with strong grammar and storytelling skills. Familiarity with platforms such as Discord, Medium, Quora, Reddit, and LinkedIn. Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing is a plus. Ability to research topics and simplify complex information. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn. Experience managing online communities or personal blogs is an added advantage. Preferred Skills AI writing tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini. Canva or basic graphic design knowledge. Knowledge of Markdown and content publishing platforms. Social media content creation experience. Basic analytics using Google Analytics or similar tools.
