Round 1: The Team Selection Test

Format: Quiz
Team Size: 2 to 4 members
The journey begins with an exciting Cricket Quiz designed to test your knowledge of IPL, international cricket, players, teams, records, and the game beyond the scoreboard.
Advancement: The top 10 teams from Round 1 will qualify for the Mock IPL Auction.
Round 2: The Mock IPL Auction
Mode: Offline
Team Size: 2 to 4 members
The real battle begins.
The top 10 teams will enter the auction room, where every team will be assigned an actual IPL franchise.
Build the strongest possible squad for your franchise.
Each participating team will receive a fixed purse and will compete in a live IPL-style auction to acquire players.
You will need to:
- Manage your purse strategically
- Identify valuable players
- Make smart bidding decisions
- Build a balanced squad
- Plan according to your franchise's requirements
- Adapt to changing auction dynamics
- Make every bid count
The complete auction rules, purse details, player pool, squad requirements, bidding mechanics, and additional conditions will be revealed after Round 1.

Your team will have to balance star power with squad depth, experience with potential, and aggressive bidding with financial discipline.

Scoring & Key Considerations:
Keep these factors in mind throughout the auction:
- Each player will carry specific points.
- Remaining purse will also contribute to the final score.
- Your squad must be completed as per the given requirements.
- Required numbers of batters, bowlers, all-rounders, international and national players must be maintained.
- All teams must follow the specified squad and auction requirements.
The team with the highest final points will win.
All major scoring rules, player points, squad requirements, and category limits will be revealed after Round 1.
Eligibility:
- Open to college students.
- Team size: 2 to 4 members.
- Inter-college teams may participate.
- Each team must participate in Round 1 to qualify for Round 2.
- Only the top 10 teams from Round 1 will advance to the auction.

- The competition will be conducted across two rounds.
- Round 1 will be an offline quiz.
- The top 10 teams from Round 1 will qualify for Round 2.
- Round 2 will be an offline IPL auction.
- Teams will consist of 2 to 4 members.
- Each qualified team will be assigned an actual IPL franchise.
- Every team will receive a fixed purse for the auction.
- Teams must build their complete squad within the allocated purse and according to the rules revealed by the organizers.
- All players acquired during the auction will be subject to the auction rules.
- Teams must manage their purse throughout the auction.
- The detailed auction format, player pool, squad requirements, purse allocation, bidding rules, and other conditions will be revealed after Round 1.
- Decisions made during the auction will be final.
- Any form of malpractice, collusion, or unfair means may result in disqualification.
- The organizers reserve the right to modify the format or rules if required.
- The decision of the organizers and judging panel will be final and binding.
