About the Company
Moove Vehicle India Pvt Ltd is hiring a Collection Executive to support disciplined, customer-focused collection operations in Mumbai. The role will work closely with customers and internal teams to facilitate timely payments, maintain accurate records, and contribute to efficient account follow-up processes.
Responsibilities
- Contact customers through calls and other approved channels to follow up on outstanding payments.
- Explain dues, payment schedules, and resolution options clearly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activity, customer conversations, commitments, and payment updates.
- Follow up consistently on promised payments and escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate team.
- Coordinate with internal operations and reporting teams to keep account information current.
- Adhere to company policies, customer service standards, and responsible collection practices.
Requirements
- 12th-pass qualification is required.
- At least 1 year of experience in collections, field collections, tele-calling, customer follow-up, recovery, or a related role.
- Good communication and negotiation skills with a professional approach to customer interactions.
- Ability to organize daily follow-ups, meet targets, and work independently.
- Basic comfort with mobile applications, record keeping, and routine reporting.
- This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Goregaon West, Mumbai.
The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary of ₹20,000 to ₹35,000, depending on relevant experience and suitability for the role.
