Opportunity brief
Overview
The Code Club Round 2 Technical Online Assessment is designed to evaluate candidates on algorithmic problem-solving, programming fundamentals, and core computer science knowledge.
The assessment combines coding challenges with technical multiple-choice questions to provide a balanced evaluation of a candidate's ability to reason, implement efficient solutions, and apply fundamental programming and computer science concepts.
Assessment Structure
- 2 Coding Problems based on Data Structures, Algorithms, and Problem Solving
- 2 Domain-Based MCQs covering core Computer Science concepts
- 5 Programming Language MCQs testing programming fundamentals, code reasoning, and language-specific concepts
Assessment Guidelines
- The assessment is to be attempted individually.
- Candidates should carefully read the problem statements, constraints, and instructions before submitting their solutions.
- Coding questions will be evaluated against multiple test cases, including hidden test cases.
- Candidates are expected to consider both correctness and efficiency of their solutions.
- Each candidate must complete the assessment within the specified duration.
- Only submissions made within the allotted assessment period will be considered.
- Candidates should ensure that their code handles the stated constraints and relevant edge cases.
Evaluation
Candidates will be evaluated based on:
- Correctness of coding solutions
- Algorithmic efficiency
- Problem-solving ability
- Programming fundamentals
- Understanding of core computer science concepts
The assessment is designed to progressively evaluate candidates rather than relying solely on factual recall.
Important: Candidates should attempt the assessment independently and follow all assessment rules specified on the platform.
