Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Drive admission targets and ensure the achievement of institutional growth goals.
- Optimize lead conversions through effective strategies and team management.
- Mentor and develop a team of education counsellors, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring smooth execution and target attainment.
- Implement and monitor performance metrics to continuously improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with senior management to align team efforts with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a team leadership role, preferably within the education counselling or sales sector.
- Strong understanding of admission processes and lead conversion strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve ambitious targets.
- Demonstrated ability to manage daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree is a plus.
