Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Take ownership of student admissions processes from initial inquiry to enrollment.
- Manage lead conversions efficiently to meet and exceed admission targets.
- Mentor and guide junior counsellors, fostering their professional development and contributing to overall team success.
- Provide comprehensive academic and professional guidance to students.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of various academic programs and admission requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Education Counsellor, with a strong track record of achieving admission targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- A passion for education and helping students achieve their goals.
