About the Company:
Mellow Vault is building a next-generation talent acquisition and business execution OS that connects student evaluation, university tracking, and enterprise hiring in real time. Its unified talent infrastructure replaces static resumes with verified skill indexing and digital sandboxes, helping jobseekers, universities, and employers work from trusted, actionable data.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems, APIs, and services supporting the platform's hiring infrastructure.
- Build and optimize intelligent candidate-matching capabilities, core product features, and real-time telemetry dashboards.
- Engineer reliable data flows between user sandboxes, university ledgers, and enterprise hiring pipelines.
- Work closely with the Founder's Office and product stakeholders to translate business priorities into robust technical deliverables.
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and uphold standards for security, performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in full-stack or backend software engineering.
- Strong command of modern technologies such as the MERN stack, Python, or Laravel, along with SQL and/or NoSQL database systems.
- Experience designing complex APIs, workflow automation tools, or scalable B2B SaaS platforms.
- Sound understanding of system design, debugging, clean coding practices, and production deployment.
- An execution-focused problem solver who takes ownership from concept through implementation and delivery.
This is a hybrid role based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, offering an annual compensation range of ₹7,00,000 to ₹8,00,000. The position provides high visibility, direct influence on product and engineering decisions, and strong opportunities for accelerated career growth.
