Opportunity brief

We are building a career acceleration and hiring ecosystem designed to bridge final-year tech talent and working professionals with fast-growing tech companies. We are looking for energetic, well-connected 4th-Year IT/CS Campus Ambassadors to drive on-ground outreach, lead generation, and community growth within their college and university networks.

Responsibility

  • ​Lead Generation & Student Onboarding: Identify, engage, and onboard final-year tech peers (B.Tech/B.E./MCA) interested in tech career opportunities, recruitment pipelines, and industry-readiness training.
  • ​On-Ground & Digital Marketing: Execute peer-to-peer marketing, drive campaign awareness across campus WhatsApp/Telegram groups, and promote platform initiatives across university circles.
  • ​Event Organizing & Coordination: Host and coordinate campus-level awareness drives, info sessions, webinars, and mock hiring/upskilling workshops.
  • ​Community Building: Manage and nurture an active campus talent pool, keeping students engaged with ongoing platform updates, hiring drives, and skill tracks.
  • ​Funnel Tracking & Reporting: Track signups, qualified candidate submissions, and conversion metrics using dedicated tracking links/codes.

Requirements

  • Academic Background: Currently in the 4th year (Final Year) of B.Tech, B.E., MCA, or equivalent IT/CS disciplines.
  • ​Campus Influence: Strong interpersonal presence and active involvement in college societies, tech clubs, or batch networks.
  • ​Skill Set: Excellent communication, networking, and persuasive skills with a keen interest in sales, growth hacking, or community management.
  • ​Self-Starter Attitude: Target-driven mindset capable of independently organizing events and driving measurable student engagement.
