Welcome to Hypnexis 2026 – Manipal University Jaipur's premier 36-Hour Hackathon!

An electrifying 36-hour AI offline hackathon where innovation meets execution, bringing together the brightest student innovators from across the country.

About the Opportunity

Hypnexis 2026 is a premier 36 hour AI hackathon of Manipal University Jaipur, designed to foster innovation, collaboration, and technological excellence. The event provides aspiring developers, designers, and innovators with an opportunity to transform bold ideas into impactful solutions while competing in an immersive, high-energy environment.

Participants will tackle real-world challenges, build working prototypes, receive guidance from industry mentors, and present their solutions before an esteemed panel of judges for a chance to win exciting prizes and recognition.

Eligibility:

  • Open to all students across various disciplines.
  • Each team must consist of a minimum of 1 member and a maximum of 4 members.
  • Team members can be from the same or different institutions.

Registration Fee

  • MUJ Students: ₹699 per team (1–4 members)
  • Non-MUJ Students (Indian): ₹849 per team (1–4 members)
  • International Students: USD 50 per team (1–4 members)

Payment Guidelines

  • Please ensure that the registration fee paid corresponds to your team's eligibility category.
  • Any discrepancy in the registration category or fee payment may lead to the rejection or disqualification of the team's registration.
  • During registration, teams must provide:
  • Team Leader's Name
  • Team Leader's Contact Details
  • Valid Transaction ID
  • Registrations with incorrect or invalid transaction IDs, missing payment proof, or unsuccessful payments will not be considered and will lead to disqualification.
  • The registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Competition Structure

The hackathon consists of three phases:

Phase 1 – Hypnexis Aptitude Challenge

  • Teams participate in an online assessment evaluating technical aptitude, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Teams with the highest scores will qualify for the Offline Overnight Hackathon.
  • Shortlisted teams will receive an invitation over mail to participate in the offline round held at Manipal University Jaipur.
  • International teams will have the option to join online or offline.

  • Blockchain based participation certificates to all participants.
  • Detailed scorecards and performance analytics.

Phase 2 – Offline Overnight Hackathon

  • Shortlisted teams will compete in a 36-hour hackathon at Manipal University Jaipur.
  • Offline round will commence from 24th October, 2026.
  • Problem statements will be revealed at the commencement of the event.
  • Participants will build innovative solutions with guidance from expert industry mentors and present their projects before the Grand Jury.

Phase 3 – Offline Grand Finale

- Shortlisted teams will compete in a final round on 25th October, 2026 at Manipal University Jaipur.

General Rules:

  • Teams must adhere to all deadlines and guidelines, any violation may result in disqualification.
  • Decisions made by the judges and organizers will be considered final and binding.
  • Teams are encouraged to maintain ethical conduct and refrain from plagiarism. Originality will be enforced strictly.

Note: A common Rest Room will be provided to the participants, one for boys and one for girls (no additional charges). Meals will be provided to the participants.
