Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and qualify potential customers through outbound calls.
- Schedule appointments for our sales team with qualified leads.
- Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Contribute to the overall success of the sales team by exceeding individual and team goals.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a telesales or customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
