Rules & Guidelines
- Create an original meme-based animation or video.
- AI tools are allowed as creative assistance.
- Participants must contribute meaningful creative input to their submissions.
- Copying complete animations or violating intellectual property rights is prohibited.
- All submissions must be appropriate for a college event.
- Participants must follow the organizers' submission instructions and deadlines.

- Overall Presentation – 10%
