Opportunity brief
We're looking for someone who enjoys getting people involved in things. Perhaps you've organised college events, brought members into a society or helped a small business find customers. We'd like to hear about it.
Lunora is using astrology to rethink how people understand and build social connections. We're currently raising a $10M+ seed round, and there's plenty to do as we introduce the app to more communities.
You'll work with founders from IIM and BITS, whose experience includes building for some of India's leading AI companies.
What you'll do
Help organise campus activities and local events, reach out to student groups and potential partners, onboard users and follow up with them. You'll also try different ways of getting people interested and track whether those people return to the app.
Day-to-day social media is handled through a separate role. This position involves regular outreach and on-ground work. Some of it will be repetitive; following through is a big part of the job.
What you'll need
- Confidence approaching people and explaining an idea clearly.
- Organisation: keeping track of conversations, commitments and event details.
- Basic spreadsheet skills and an interest in understanding results.
- Willingness to ask questions, take feedback and try again.
It's absolutely fine if you're still in college. We don't expect three years of experience for an internship. We do expect enthusiasm and a genuine willingness to learn.
Strong performers can receive a certificate, an MBA recommendation letter and relevant referrals to AI labs or startups. PPOs and full-time conversion will depend on merit and available roles.
