Opportunity brief
We're building Lunora around something people spend a lot of time thinking about: their relationships. The app uses astrology to help people understand themselves, explore their dynamics with others and find new ways to connect.
We're currently raising a $10M+ seed round and hiring someone to work closely with the founders through this next stage. The team comes from IIM and BITS, with experience building for some of India's leading AI companies.
The work
You could be helping launch a feature, working out how to reach a new community, coordinating a hire or getting a partnership moving. You'll speak to users, work with the product team and follow projects through to completion.
You'll have access to the thinking behind decisions and room to influence them. We're looking for someone we can trust with a problem, including the parts nobody has figured out yet.
What we're looking for
- Experience handling growth, launches or projects involving several teams.
- Clear writing and confidence working with different stakeholders.
- Comfort with spreadsheets, research and basic business metrics.
- Good judgement about priorities and dependable follow-through and high ownership
Experience across two or more areas - such as HR and marketing, or social media and product - will help. If you have a non-traditional career path across different types of roles-you might be a great fit. Your degree or college won't decide your application. Exceptional freshers with substantial hands-on work are welcome too.
The role spans several functions, and priorities will change. It won't suit someone looking for a narrowly defined position with every task mapped out in advance.
