Responsibilities
- Design interactive learning experiences, activities, and digital content for diverse learners.
- Translate instructional goals and subject matter into clear, engaging, and learner-friendly formats.
- Develop storyboards, lesson flows, quizzes, simulations, and other interactive elements.
- Collaborate with content, product, and technology teams to refine learning journeys.
- Review learner feedback and engagement data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain consistency in visual, instructional, and user experience standards across learning materials.
Requirements
- Interest in interactive learning, instructional design, digital education, or related areas.
- Strong communication, writing, visual thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfort with organizing ideas into structured learning journeys and user flows.
- Curiosity about EdTech products and a willingness to learn new design and content tools.
- Ability to work independently, accept feedback, and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
- No prior professional experience is required; a portfolio, academic project, or sample demonstrating thoughtful design is welcome.
This is a 3-month, unpaid, remote internship intended for someone eager to build practical experience in interactive learning design and contribute to useful digital education experiences.
