LMES Academy Private Limited is hiring for an Academic Counsellor!
Responsibilities:
- Provide academic counselling to students, guiding them on course selection, career paths, and academic planning.
- Engage in B2C sales activities to promote educational programs and achieve enrollment targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents, addressing their queries and concerns.
- Conduct informational sessions and workshops to educate prospective students about the institution's offerings.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to streamline the student admission process.
Requirements:
- 0-3 years of experience in academic counselling or B2C sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of educational programs and career guidance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to relocate to Chennai if not already based there.
