About the role

Zaaviya: Stories That Break Perspective

Mute Filmmaking Competition | Juxtapose'26

Khamosh! Some stories are better left unsaid. But can you tell one without saying a word?

A mute filmmaking competition that challenges you to explore the art of silent visual storytelling. Put your cinematic instincts to the test and transform an idea into a compelling film where every frame has a purpose and every visual tells a story.

But there's a twist!

Your film must revolve around a designated object, whose identity or significance must remain concealed until the very end. Build suspense, plant clues, challenge perceptions and leave your audience waiting for that final reveal.

Whether it's a thriller, mystery, comedy, drama or an experimental narrative, the story is yours to tell.
