Juxtapose'26 presents Off-Brand, a business plan competition that challenges you to take an established, widely recognised brand beyond its usual line of business and reimagine what it could become.
The challenge is simple: choose an existing brand and introduce an entirely new product in a market it has never explored. Identify a real consumer problem, develop an innovative product that addresses it and build a business proposition that makes commercial sense.
But an interesting idea is only the beginning. You must also establish why your chosen brand is the right fit, identify your target market, assess feasibility and convince the judges that your unconventional idea has the potential to become a viable business.
Teams will present their business plans to a panel of judges through a structured pitch deck, explaining the product concept, business model and proposed market-entry strategy.
And there's a twist! Be prepared for unexpected challenges that will test your ability to think on your feet, adapt your strategies and make critical business decisions under pressure.
Originality meets strategy. Creativity meets commercial viability. Are you ready to take a brand Off-Brand?
