About the Company
Kuche7 manufacturing Pvt Ltd is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle customer calls, follow up with leads, understand customer requirements, and support the sales team in generating business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Follow up on leads, enquiries, and quotations.
- Understand customer requirements and provide basic product information.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate with the Sales team for customer enquiries and appointments.
- Maintain daily call records and update lead status.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure timely responses.
- Generate and maintain a database of prospective customers.
- Share customer feedback and market information with the reporting manager.
Requirements
- 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking on the phone with customers.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Fresher candidates can also apply.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales will be an advantage.
