About the Company

Küche7 Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Mechanical Engineer to join our manufacturing team in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra. We are a dynamic company focused on ensuring product quality, smooth production processes, and continuous improvement in product design and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

  • Quality Control (QC): Inspect incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products. Check dimensions, tolerances, fitment, finish, and overall product quality. Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality records. Identify defects, deviations, and quality issues and coordinate corrective actions. Support root-cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Ensure products meet defined quality standards and specifications. Coordinate with Production and R&D teams to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Production: Monitor day-to-day production activities and ensure production targets are achieved. Coordinate with operators and production supervisors for smooth workflow. Understand manufacturing processes such as laser cutting, bending, fabrication, assembly, and painting. Monitor process parameters and ensure adherence to SOPs and work instructions. Identify production bottlenecks and support process improvement. Reduce rejection, rework, and material wastage. Maintain production-related records and reports.
  • Design & R&D: Assist in developing and improving mechanical/product designs. Prepare and modify 2D drawings and 3D models as required. Support preparation and modification of BOM/MBOM and engineering documentation. Understand engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and basic GD&T. Coordinate with Production and QC teams for design feasibility and implementation. Conduct trials and support new product development. Identify opportunities for product cost reduction and design improvement. Assist in resolving design and manufacturing-related technical issues.

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of Mechanical Engineering fundamentals.
  • Basic to good knowledge of AutoCAD; knowledge of SolidWorks/other 3D CAD software will be an advantage.
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledge of measurement tools such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, etc.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
  • Willingness to work on the shop floor and learn manufacturing processes.
  • Mechanical Engineering Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech.
  • Freshers with strong technical knowledge are welcome.
  • Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, sheet metal, furniture, automotive, fabrication, QC, production, or R&D will be preferred.
  • Must be willing to work at Bhiwandi.
  • Candidates should be proactive, disciplined, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
