78Flex is India's marketplace for flexible workspaces, helping individuals, startups, and growing teams discover and compare coworking spaces, managed and serviced offices, day passes, meeting rooms, and virtual offices across India. The platform provides operator-confirmed pricing and real-time availability, ensuring transparent and reliable information. Applicants can also explore RAMA, 78Flex's AI workspace assistant, which quickly recommends suitable spaces based on team needs, budget, and location. Built on the belief that finding an office should be honest, fast, and effortless, 78Flex is developed and operated by Kinetic Blume India Pvt Ltd.
Responsibilities of the Intern:
- Work closely with the founding team to support strategic initiatives, operations, and special projects across the company.
- Conduct market and competitor research, prepare reports and presentations, and assist with data analysis.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, streamline workflows, and document processes.
- Contribute to product, marketing, and business development discussions as needed.
- Reach out to coworking operators and CRE businesses across Bengaluru (phone, email, WhatsApp).
- Book and run demos alongside the founding team, owning the outreach pipeline end-to-end.
- Perform full QA testing of new features before they ship and write bug reports.
- Own onboarding for new operator partners and build/refine the onboarding playbook.
- Identify and fix broken processes, and apply good business judgment to ambiguous situations.
Requirements:
- Ability to conduct structured research, analyze data, and synthesize insights into clear recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare concise documents and presentations.
- Basic understanding of business operations, strategy, or startups, with an interest in marketplaces or real estate/proptech.
- Comfort with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, collaboration platforms) and a willingness to learn new tools quickly.
- High level of ownership, adaptability, and problem-solving skills in a dynamic, founder-led environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Prior internship or project experience in consulting, startups, operations, or strategy is a plus but not mandatory.
