Role Overview
This is a high-ownership, high-learning role where you'll work directly with the founders on core business problems.
If you want to understand how startups are actually built from 0→1 and 1→10, this role puts you right in the middle of it.
What You'll Do
- Founder Support & Execution
- Work closely with founders on daily priorities
- Help in decision-making with research and insights
- Execute high-impact tasks across teams
- Research & Strategy
- Market research, competitor analysis
- Identify trends in startup ecosystem
- Help in building new initiatives
- Operations & Growth
- Assist in partnerships, outreach, and collaborations
- Manage internal processes and workflows
- Help scale community and business initiatives
- Content & Brand
- Support content creation (startup stories, reels, posts)
- Help in building personal branding for founders
- Work on storytelling and distribution
- Special Projects
- Work on 0→1 projects (new ideas, experiments)
- Solve unstructured problems
- Be ready to wear multiple hats
Who Should Apply
- College students (final year preferred) or freshers
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru
- Strong curiosity about startups, business, and founders
- Execution-focused (not just ideas, but getting things done)
- Good communication + basic research skills
- Comfortable with chaos, ambiguity, and fast pace
Bonus Points
- Experience with content creation / Canva / editing
- Worked in a startup / built something of your own
- Active on LinkedIn / Twitter (X) in startup ecosystem
