Responsibilities
- Travel with the team to founder offices, stores, factories, and events across Bengaluru.
- Shoot founder interviews, podcast episodes, short videos, and on-ground content.
- Set up the frame, lighting, and audio independently, often in a small cabin or noisy office rather than a studio.
- Capture B-roll on location, including the office, product, team, and details that make the story feel real.
- Get the shot right the first time, since founders typically give limited time with no second shoot.
- Edit everything shot, including full podcast episodes, reels, shorts, explainers, and founder features.
- Cut long conversations down to the moments worth publishing, and turn each one into short-form content.
- Craft strong hooks, text-on-screen, and pattern breaks in the first three seconds, with retention as the key metric.
- Add subtitles, sound design, transitions, and basic motion graphics to finish each edit.
- Use AI video tools to speed up tasks such as transcription, auto-cuts, silence removal, voice cleanup, and upscaling.
- Maintain consistent fonts, colors, caption style, and pacing across every video.
- Manage and back up footage properly, keeping a clean, findable file structure.
- Review analytics after publishing to see where viewers dropped off and which hooks performed well, and adjust future edits accordingly.
Requirements
- Available for full-time (in-office) internship.
- Can start the internship between 21st Aug'26 and 25th Sep'26.
- Available for a duration of 6 months.
- Possess relevant skills and interests in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photography, Video Editing, and Video Making.
