ViksitVision 2026 – State Level 24-Hour Hackathon
Tech4Bharat – Innovate For Sustainable And Developed India 2047
ViksitVision 2026 is a State Level 24-Hour Hackathon organized by KIT-Kalaiarunidhi Institute of Technology, Coimbatore, providing students with an opportunity to transform innovative ideas into practical technology-based solutions for a developed and sustainable India.
Themes:
Participants can develop solutions under any of the following themes:
- Smart & Sustainable Development
- Digital India & Cybersecurity
- Environment & Climate Action
- Industry Innovation
- Rural & Social Innovation
Eligibility & Team Rules:
- Open to Diploma (Polytechnic) and Undergraduate Engineering students.
- Participants must be from AICTE-approved institutions.
- Maximum 4 members per team.
- Interdisciplinary teams are encouraged.
- Teams must submit an original and innovative solution.
- One participant should be registered only with one team.
Registration & Selection Process:
Step 1 – Registration & Idea Submission:
- Register through Unstop and submit a 5–7 slide PPT describing your proposed solution before 10/10/26.
Step 2 – Shortlisting:
- Submitted ideas will be evaluated based on innovation, relevance, feasibility, impact and technical approach.
Step 3 – Shortlist Announcement:
- Selected teams will be announced on 15 October 2026.
Step 4 – 24-Hour Hackathon:
- Shortlisted teams will develop and demonstrate their solution during the offline hackathon.

- Hackathon: 23–24 October 2026

PPT Format:
The submitted PPT should contain 5–7 slides covering:
- Problem Statement
- Proposed Solution
- Innovation / Uniqueness
- Technical Approach
- Feasibility & Implementation
- Expected Impact / Beneficiaries
- Future Scope / References
Recognition:
- Cash prizes and medals for Top 3 teams in both Engineering and Polytechnic categories.
- Certificates for all participants.
