Responsibilities
- Counsel walk-in visitors and telephonic inquiries, offering thorough guidance on our programs and services.
- Proactively follow up with prospective student leads to consistently meet outreach and daily calling goals.
- Achieve assigned admissions, enrollment, and sales targets while ensuring top-tier service delivery.
- Oversee daily operational workflows to support seamless center functioning and student satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with faculty members and staff to ensure effective class scheduling and program execution.
- Deliver an exceptional and supportive customer experience aligned with brand quality standards.
Requirements
- 2 to 6 years of proven experience in student counseling and sales within the education or overseas education industry.
- Demonstrated ability to counsel students and parents effectively and manage the full sales cycle.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Strong relationship-building abilities with an organized, target-driven work approach.
