Responsibilities of the Intern:

- Manage and grow WhatsApp subscriber lists through various outreach and opt-in methods.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports on engagement and conversion rates.
- Identify target audience segments and tailor marketing messages for maximum impact.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify new marketing opportunities on WhatsApp.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all WhatsApp communications.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital and social media marketing, particularly on WhatsApp.
- Respond to customer inquiries and feedback received via WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:
