Roles and Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for Internsforge within your university or college campus. Promote internship opportunities and company initiatives to fellow students through various channels. Organize and facilitate on-campus events, information sessions, and workshops related to career development and internships. Recruit and onboard new student ambassadors or team members for campus initiatives. Gather feedback from students and provide insights to the Internsforge team to improve programs and outreach. Represent Internsforge at campus career fairs and other relevant student activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with university faculty, student organizations, and career services departments. Track and report on campus outreach activities and key performance indicators. Contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns and engagement strategies on campus. Ensure all campus activities align with Internsforge's brand and objectives. Requirements: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at a recognized university or college. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated leadership potential and experience in student organizations or campus activities is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Enthusiasm for career development and connecting peers with opportunities. Skills and Qualifications: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with diverse student populations and university staff. Proven leadership capabilities and a proactive approach to taking initiative and driving campus engagement. Strong organizational and time-management skills, crucial for balancing academic responsibilities with representative duties.
