- Imagine being given a company that's losing customers, struggling with rising costs, and running out of options. Your job is to figure out how to turn things around. - Welcome to THE DECISION ROOM, an interactive competition where you make decisions, build strategies, and prove how well you adapt when things don't go as planned.
Stages of the Competition
Round 1: The Blueprint
- You'll receive a company facing a crisis.
- Your task is to analyse the problem, develop a strategy to turn things around, and propose a feasible solution.
- Participants must submit their proposed strategies within the specified deadline.
- You will then present their plans in a live online session before the judges, explaining your decisions, the reasoning behind their approach,and the feasibility of their proposed solutions.
Round 2: The Pivot
- An unexpected development will disrupt your original strategy.
- You must adapt your plan to the new situation, negotiating with other participants or teams, forming alliances, exchanging resources, or seeking support where necessary.
- You'll then present your revised strategy and justify your decisions before the judges.

Rules and Guidelines
- Joining the official WhatsApp group is mandatory for receiving important competition updates,announcements and further instructions.
- Participants must complete all submissions within the specified deadlines.
- All Round 1 submissions must be original and reflect the participant's or team's own analysis.
- Participants must attend the scheduled live sessions for their respective rounds.
- Participants must present their strategies clearly and justify their decisions with logical reasoning.
- Participants must maintain professional conduct during presentations and interactions with other participants.
