Opportunity brief
Get ready to strategize, communicate, and outplay your opponents in the VALORANT 5v5 Championship at ORBIT 1.0. Form your squad, execute your strategies, and fight your way through the tournament to claim the title of ORBIT 1.0 VALORANT Champions.
Whether you're an experienced team or a rising squad, this is your chance to test your skills and prove yourself on the battlefield. All registered participants will receive e-certificates for their participation.
Eligibility
- Open to all students.
- Each team must have 5 players.
- A player cannot be part of more than one team.
Event Format
- Matches will be played in 5v5 Standard Mode.
- All matches except the Final will be Best-of-1 (BO1).
- The Final will be Best-of-3 (BO3).
- Map selection will be decided through a toss between the Team Leaders.
- The toss winner gets the right to choose the map from the official map pool.
Important Rules
- Players must use their registered Riot Games/VALORANT account. Smurf or unregistered accounts are not allowed.
- Cheats, hacks, scripts, macros, unauthorized software, and unfair third-party tools are strictly prohibited.
- Intentional throwing, match-fixing, collusion, or griefing is not allowed.
- Teams must report to the designated match area at least 15 minutes before their scheduled match.
- A 5-minute grace period may be provided for late teams; failure to appear may result in a forfeit.
- Technical issues must be reported to the Coordinator immediately. Pauses or restarts are subject to organizer approval.
- Only the Team Leader/IGL should raise official disputes during a match.
- Players are expected to maintain respectful and sportsmanlike conduct throughout the tournament.
The decision of the organizers will be final.
