Opportunity brief
Guidelines:
- Eligibility: Open to registered college students.
- Team Size: 2–3 members per team.

- Mode: Completely online.
- Inter-College Teams: Allowed.
- Total Rounds: 3.
Round Format:
- Round 1: Teams receive one common business crisis and submit a 1-minute video defending their company.
- Round 2: Teams receive one unique business problem and get 5 minutes to prepare, followed by a 3-minute executive pitch.
- Round 3: Teams receive a more complex case combining technology and non-technical business challenges, requiring them to balance factors such as technology, finance, operations, strategy, risk, and customer impact. Teams get 3 minutes to prepare, followed by a 3-minute final pitch.
- Q&A: May be conducted by judges after the pitch.
Rules:
- Each participant can be part of only one team.
- Problem statements are assigned by the organizers and cannot be exchanged or changed.
- Teams must strictly adhere to the allotted preparation and presentation time.
- Teams must present their solutions as company leadership/decision-makers.
- Unauthorized assistance, collaboration, or use of prohibited resources may result in disqualification.
- Any misconduct or violation of event guidelines may result in disqualification.
- The decision of the judges and organizing committee shall be final.
