Infosys Limited is hiring for the role of Oracle Supply Chain Management Consultant!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Actively aid the consulting team across different project phases, including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment. - Explore alternative solutions through research, vendor evaluations, and public domain information to build Proof of Concepts (POCs). - Translate business needs into requirement specifications, define to-be business processes, and create detailed functional designs. - Configure solution requirements on Oracle SCM products, diagnose root causes of technical/functional issues, and identify solution alternatives. - Create functional documentation, test scripts, and test cases for Oracle ERP/EBS or Oracle Fusion implementation, support, and enhancement projects. - Use basic SQL to perform data validation, analysis, reporting support, interfaces, and data migration tasks within Oracle ERP environments.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: B.E., B.Tech, B.Sc, B.Com, BCA, MBA, M.E., M.Tech, M.Sc, M.Com, or MCA. - Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in Oracle ERP/EBS or Oracle Fusion SCM applications. - Technical & Functional Expertise: Basic knowledge of Oracle application architecture and business process flows across functional areas such as Order Management (OM), Inventory (INV), Purchasing/Procurement (PO), Work in Process (WIP), or Bill Of Materials (BOM). - Technical Skills: Basic SQL for data validation and understanding of Oracle ERP reporting, interfaces, and data migration. - Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience as an end-user, support analyst, or consultant in Oracle ERP/EBS/Fusion SCM, or Oracle Certifications in EBS/Fusion. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and verbal/written communication skills.
