What if you could solve real-world digital mysteries using only public footprints? ReConCTF '26 is a fun, beginner-friendly Capture the Flag (CTF) competition focused primarily on Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), where you step into the shoes of a digital investigator to hunt down hidden information across the internet.
You will have to trace online footprints, analyze metadata, verify imagery, uncover hidden aliases, connect scattered clues, and most importantly, capture the flags!
Format:
- Team Size: 2–4 Participants
- Solve Diverse Osint Challenges
Investigate and Analyze Targets Using Open Source Tools
- Submit Your Discovered Flags to The Live Scoreboard
Challenges
- Span Across Geolocation, Forensics, and Web Recon
Final Results Are Determined by Total Points Scored
Rules:
- All Teams Must Submit Flags Through the Official Ctf Platform
- Participants May Gather Data only Through Publicly Available Sources
Direct Hacking or Brute-Forcing of Target Infrastructure Is Prohibited - Non-Publicly Acquired Data is not Allowed
