Opportunity Overview:
This online quiz is organised by the Association of Civil Engineers (ACE), IIT Patna, in celebration of Engineers' Day. The quiz will focus on a mix of general knowledge, aptitude, facts related to Engineers' Day, and basic engineering-related questions. It is open to all engineering students eager to test their knowledge and challenge themselves!
Guidelines:
- Eligibility: Open to all undergraduate engineering students from any year or specialisation. No prior experience in civil engineering is required.
- Inter-college Participation: Yes, participants from different colleges are welcome.
- Inter-specialization Participation: Yes, participants from different engineering disciplines can participate.
- Number of Questions: The quiz will have 25 questions.
- Time Limit: The quiz will be timed, with a total duration of 25 minutes.
- Format: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) covering:
- General Aptitude
- General Knowledge
- Engineer's Day-related facts
- Submission Process: Each participant must submit their answers within the 20-minute time frame. Late submissions will not be considered.
Rules:
- Individual Participation: This is an individual quiz. No teams are allowed.
- Single Attempt: Each participant is allowed only one attempt. Multiple attempts will lead to disqualification.
- No External Help: Use of external resources (books, internet, calculators, etc.) is not permitted during the quiz.
- Eligibility Check: Only valid entries from students currently enrolled in an engineering program will be considered.
- Timely Submission: The quiz will automatically submit when the 20-minute timer runs out. Ensure you complete all questions within the time limit.
- Decision Binding: The organisers' decision will be final regarding the quiz results and any possible disputes.
