Humain-I, the HR club of IIM Indore, proudly presents HRace, a national-level HR competition designed to help MBA students enhance their HR domain knowledge, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. HRace is a multi-layered online event centered around Recruitment Bidding. Open to MBA students from across the country, participants can register individually or in teams of 2 or 3. The competition consists of three eliminatory rounds:
Details of the Rounds:
- First Round: Online quiz based on Human Resources concepts.
- Second Round: Talent Acquisition Strategy submission.
- Third Round: Recruitment Bidding.
Eligibility:
- MBA students (1st or 2nd year).
Team Size:
- 1-3 members.
Prize Money:
- 1st Prize: Rs. 5,000
- 2nd Prize: Rs. 3,000
- 3rd Prize: Rs. 2,000
- E-certificates of appreciation will be given to the winners, 1st runner-up, and 2nd runner-up.
