Overview
The Economics Clubs of IIM Ahmedabad (Equipoise) and IIM Calcutta proudly present the 3rd Season of Macrominds a national-level competition designed to challenge your macroeconomic thinking, analytical sharpness, and real-world problem-solving skills.
Going beyond theoretical concepts, this unique competition encourages participants to dive deep into current economic developments, assess policy impacts, and present data-driven perspectives. From decoding inflation trends to navigating fiscal shifts, participants will be expected to think like economists, advise like policymakers, and communicate like leaders.
Guidelines and Rules:
- Teams must consist of 3-4 members from the same institution. Cross-year teams are allowed.
- Each participant can be part of only one team.
- The quiz must be attempted by one designated team member.
- Plagiarism or any unfair practices will lead to immediate disqualification.
- Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- The decision of the judges and the organizing team will be final and binding.
Rewards:
- Winners: INR 10,000
- First Runners-up: INR 7,000
- Second Runners-up: INR 5,000
