Overview

- As part of Protofos'26, the Technical Festival of IIIT Bhagalpur, Bot Battle Ground challenges participants to design and control a robot capable of competing across three thrilling rounds. From navigating challenging racing tracks to overpowering opponents in Tug of War and scoring goals in Robo Soccer, teams must demonstrate versatility, creativity, and technical excellence.
Competition Rounds
Robo Race
- Navigate a challenging off-road track featuring checkpoints, ramps, underpasses, and possible shortcuts. Speed, precision, and control will determine your performance as you guide your robot through the course.
Robo Soccer
- Enter the arena for a thrilling one-on-one robotic football match. Control your bot, outmaneuver your opponent, and score goals to secure the win.
Tug of War
- Put your robot's strength and traction to the ultimate test. Compete against another bot and pull your opponent across the center line to claim victory.
Participation Guidelines
- Team Size: 3–5 members per team.
- Robot Limit: One bot per team, to be used across all three rounds.
- Maximum Dimensions: 500 × 200 × 150 mm (Length × Width × Height).
- Maximum Weight: 5 kg, including batteries and attachments.
- Power Supply: The onboard electrical supply must not exceed 12V.
- Control Mechanism: Wireless control is mandatory.
- Robot Design: Teams may fabricate their own chassis and use permitted purchased components.
- Mechanical engines are prohibited.
Teams must ensure that their robots comply with all technical specifications and competition rules. Only minor modifications for adding Robo Soccer attachments or mechanisms are permitted before the final round.

Registration & Passes
Participants can register directly for the offline Bot BattleGround competition at IIIT Bhagalpur. There will be no preliminary online round or shortlisting process. Participants will compete in teams, and the competition will follow the rules and format specified by the organizers.
Registration on Unstop and payment of the applicable registration fee through the respective registration form link provided below are mandatory for participation.
