Paper Presentation is an exciting platform for students to explore innovative ideas, conduct meaningful research, and showcase their technical expertise across diverse domains. The event is conducted in two rounds, providing participants with an opportunity to develop their research ideas and present them before an expert audience.

Round 1 – Research Paper Submission
Participants will develop and submit research papers based on any of the above domains, focusing on relevant, innovative, and emerging topics. Submissions must follow the official IEEE guidelines, standards, and templates provided by the organizers.
All papers will undergo a comprehensive review based on originality, technical content, relevance, research methodology, innovation, and overall quality. Based on the evaluation, the best-performing teams will be shortlisted for Round 2.
Round 2 – PPT Presentation
The shortlisted teams will advance to the final presentation round, which will be conducted physically at VNR VJIET as part of the Convergence 2K26 Tech Fest.
Shortlisted teams will present their research work using the prescribed PowerPoint template before a panel of judges. Presentations will be evaluated based on technical understanding, innovation, research methodology, clarity, presentation skills, and effective communication of the proposed work.
The event aims to foster a research-oriented and innovative mindset, encouraging students to identify real-world challenges and develop effective, technology-driven solutions. It also provides an opportunity to strengthen skills in research, technical writing, analytical thinking, presentation, and professional communication, while gaining valuable exposure to a competitive technical environment.
