About the Company
Idli Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Marketing Executive to lead the marketing efforts for our upcoming B2B SaaS Recruitment Management System (RMS). We are a startup building innovative solutions in the HR Tech space.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute the complete go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our SaaS product.
- Lead and manage product marketing before, during, and after launch.
- Create and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales team to generate qualified leads and improve conversions.
- Guide, mentor, and manage Marketing Interns while assigning and reviewing their work.
- Build brand awareness through content marketing, social media, communities, and partnerships.
- Track campaign performance and optimize marketing strategies using data and analytics.
- Work directly with the founding team to execute marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing.
- Experience working with a startup or startup founding team is prefered.
- Hands-on experience marketing B2B SaaS products.
- Must have worked with or marketed products such as RMS, ATS, HRMS, Recruitment Software, HR Tech, CRM, or similar SaaS platforms.
- Strong understanding of product launches and growth marketing.
- Experience managing or mentoring marketing interns or junior team members.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn Marketing, Content Marketing, SEO, Email Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Marketing Automation.
- Strong communication, planning, and coordination skills.
