ICS Integrated Facility Management Services Pvt. Limited is hiring a Sales Manager!
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans for integrated facility management services across their jurisdiction.
- Identify prospective clients, build a strong pipeline, conduct meetings, and present tailored service proposals.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, negotiations, commercial discussions, and contract closure.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients, understand their changing requirements, and identify opportunities for account growth.
- Coordinate with operations and support teams to ensure accurate proposals, smooth onboarding, and reliable service delivery.
- Track targets, market activity, customer feedback, and competitor developments while sharing regular reports with management.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably in facility management, manpower, security, or related services.
- Strong understanding of B2B selling, proposal preparation, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, follow-up, and territory management skills.
- Ability to work independently across the Ludhiana and Chandigarh markets and collaborate effectively with branch and operations teams.
- Should be target-oriented, commercially aware, and comfortable meeting clients regularly.
